Why don't I have I the right to encourage the users to click on my ads?

The advertisers are paying for getting real visitors who are really interested in their products or service, and who will potentially buy the products or service on their site, not just to give you money without any reason. If they receive too many visitors who are not interested but have to pay the clicks for them, they will decrease the amount of money that they're paying per click or will stop using the service, and the publishers will get less revenue. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, any encouragement to click, direct or indirect, under any circumstances, is strictly forbidden, as well as the use of any “paid to click”, “paid to read”, “paid to promote” systems, etc
