Do you accept PTR systems and autosurf programs?

No, we don't accept these systems anymore. They generally end up doing direct or indirect click incentive, or alternatively visitors don't even look at the pages displayed (when the “visitors” are not robots), and it consumes a lot a resources for no revenue.
